Making a Change in My Eating Habits

When I got home the other night, I was feeling rather hungry.  I looked in my fridge, and I found that I had only fatty foods, that would not really help me to feel good after eating it.  I decided that I would get on the computer to find some way to eat a bit healthier.  As I was searching, I came across this paleo diet, and I thought that it looked like a really good option.  I made of list of groceries to buy at the store, and I headed out the door.  I was so excited as I walked through all of the isles.
