Coffee Contributing to Panic Attacks
I work at a coffee shop. Most days, I enjoy my job. I get to make drinks, chat with customers, and interact with my coworkers. I generally love my job. However, there are days that trigger my episodes of panic attacks. When I get really busy and when customers get rude, I start to panic. I start to feel like my heart is beating really fast, and that I am going crazy. I literally have to go in the back room and try to calm myself down. I went to the doctor to find a panic attack treatment. He made a remarkable discovery. He realized that I was drinking way too much caffeine, which was contributing to my attacks. I immediately cut my caffeine intake, which helped tremendously! Now that I don’t drink nearly as much caffeine and work out regularly, my panic attacks have gone away.
