Breakfast is important

I have gotten in the habit of eating eggs, veggies, and meat for breakfast.  It is a healthy breakfast as far as I am concerned.  Lately though, I have been craving a protein shake for breakfast.   I want to get one together soon that might actually wean me off that heavy onslaught of food first thing when I wake up.  It sometimes feels like too much to eat after along fast overnight.  I think that anyone who might want to begin a weight loss regimin would be better off starting their day with some nutrition packed morning shake every day.
