Outsourced IT Comes to the Rescue for Non-Profit Company
I help run a local non-profit company, and our budget is very limited. When we started up our first website, we soon found out the hard way that none of the paid staff was knowledgeable of technology or electronic support. On a few occasions, email correspondence from website visitors would not make it to our accounts. Since we were unaware of how to solve this or other problems, we opted to contract an Outsourced IT department. They were able to troubleshoot any issue that we had, and we knew that they were there for us whenever we needed. For us, outsourcing was a cost efficient choice.
