Breath in Deep

Start practicing positive affirmation by having 4 -5 deep breathing. Inhale and exhale in slowly and gradually and sincerely, keep the breath for a number of seconds, and then allow it out once more slowly and gradually. Each and every time you breathe out; think about that all negative thoughts are leaving your entire body with every cleansing inhale. Loosen up your muscle groups. Move up your entire body, tightening and soothe each and every muscle group. Begin with your feet and move up to your face muscles. For instance, when you squeeze your feet, hold these muscle tissues firmly for about 6 mere seconds, paying out focus to the experience of firmness. Slowly and gradually let the muscles unclench, noticing the sense of pleasure that gets into your muscles.
