the weight traiining that you should be doing to gt yourself conditioned for skiing is the same as you would for any other sport but you are going to have train hard and you are going to be happy with the results that yoou are getting to where you want to be is never easy but nothing ever is right. the program for skier workouts should involve a lot of strength training exercises that will build endurance and help you tomlast much longer when you are out there on slopes for the whole day and not getting really any breaks.
