Round Two

23 July 2010

The next round of the MLG Tourney in California was a bit unique. One of the players couldn’t make it, so he played from Homes in Rockport Texas. The ping and connection suffered a bit, but the team (BMFC) nevertheless did well. They defeated Sponsored by RNG in a 5-game knockout. I expected Sponsored by RNG to be victorious, so I must say I was a little disappointed by their sudden defeat in game 5. With a strong Retribution paladin on their team, they should have dominated the opposing WLS team. WLS stands for Warrior + Warlock + Shaman healer.

Only Take on a Mortgage Loan Payment That You Can Afford

22 July 2010

My husband and I were looking to buy our first home. Although we were living in an economy where we had the pick of the litter, we were still cautious. We had friends who went into foreclosure because they qualified for and were talked into a more expensive home. Buying a home is such an emotional process that of course they fell in love with the higher end home! We made sure to go with a realtor we knew we could trust and discussed how we could handle our mortgage loan payment every month. We wanted to make sure that not only did we get a good interest rate, but also had a monthly payment we could afford.

Different Types of Foreclosures in Louisiana

21 July 2010

According to the Louisiana Foreclosure Law statutes, there are two different types of judiciary procedures available to housing lenders.  One is called the ordinary process and this happens like any other class action suit in a court of law.  The other is called an executory process and can be a little trickier to get around.  The reason is that this one comes with a signed assessment that tells the judge that the homeowner knew all the laws before buying the home.  The document will also be notarized and signed in front of witnesses, therefore making it a binding document and making the homeowner libel for all back payments.

Deciding What Loan Classes I need

20 July 2010

With Sarah and Kathy’s blessing, I decided to enroll in school. I was so happy to complete the paperwork that I didn’t know what else to do. I was excited, overjoyed with a sense of accomplishment, once I step up to the registrars desk. I couldn’t believe that all of this started just because I completed a USDA loans. What could I have done differently in my life to get me here faster didn’t matter. I was here and I was determined to make something out of myself. Without that loan I would not have been able to afford school.

Impossible to Resist Seeing One Hyde Park

14 July 2010

I love learning about properties for sale, whether they be near my area or in neighborhoods far away. One night I decided to search online for properties abroad just for fun, I think it is amazing to see how others live, and I like to explore both extremes of the spectrum. I heard about a new development called One Hyde Park in London and I could not resist taking a look. It is clear that this is a breathtaking property that only a handful in the world will ever experience owning. The view itself is so beautiful it is nearly impossible to describe.

Looking for Land for Sale in a Residential Area

13 July 2010

I am looking for land for sale in a nice residential area. I know that this is going to be a bit hard to find, and I will probably have to buy something a bit away from the center of the city. However, I have designed my dream house and I would like to have it built, so I need a plot of land to build it on. None of the houses I have gone to see were close enough to what I wanted to make it worth the money to buy them. I would much rather have my house just the way I want it.

The increased awareness to the environment is making many home builders to come up with eco – friendly designs. These days, beautiful homes are going green. They are by no means primitive but on the other hand are inexpensive, lovely and comfortable Prefab homes are also catching up fast. They have come far from the days of the home trailer. Straightforward California FHA Loans

07 July 2010

I had purchased a couple of houses previously and knew what to expect when it came to my closing. People always say that you feel like you are signing your life away if you are a buyer, and they were right. Luckily, I have always had closers who did a nice job explaining all of the paperwork to me and I liked to keep things moving along as quickly as possible. I was glad that with California FHA loans things are generally pretty straightforward. Though I was a little nervous heading into the appointment everything went smoothly and before long I walked out as a new homeowner!

Making a Smart Decision

04 July 2010

Six years ago, my father-in-law retired from his job of forty years. First he decided he just wanted to stay home and enjoy life. That didn’t last long. After about three months of what he called the good life, he was bored out of his mind. Over the years he had invested wisely and had money to spare. When land for speculative investment became available, he jumped all over it. Within a year, the land was ready for development thank to an influx of new businesses. My father-in-law made a fortune and used it to buy other land. Now he builds houses and loves it. My mother-in-law does too as it keeps him out of her hair.
