We might as well be paying for our own home

We had spent so much time looking for a place to rent but the money they were asking for seemed pretty high for what you got. After looking at the figures very closely we realized that we could nearly be paying off a mortgage for around the same sort of money. Now instead of looking at rental properties we are looking at taupo property for sale as it makes more sense to be paying our own mortgage as opposed to someone else’s. We are just hoping that the bank will come to the party and help us out financially as we obviously can’t afford to buy it freehold.
