I Am Looking for a Practice Partner to Take Over When I Retire
As the time is approaching for me to think about cutting back my work load as preparation for my eventual retirement, I just can’t bear to send my loyal patients off to someone else. Instead, I think that I will see if I can find a medical practice partner who will be willing to come in and assist me. Gradually I will turn more and more of my load over to him until I can seamlessly move out of the picture altogether. I think that this is the best way to treat my patients in the long run, and my staff will appreciate knowing that the practice and their jobs will continue long after I am no longer involved.
