He was surprised that he had received an offer at all because he had opted that the offers stop. Yet, he decided to inquire further into the offer and find out about it’s legitimacy. Once he discovered the details of the offer, he found it to be a good offer, so he decided to switch insurance companies and started saving within the first month. So he rethought his previous opinion that the leads were a bad thing.
