On the other hand, good customer service converts me to a company quicker than any advertising gimmick. That is why I will never buy a car from any dealer but the Honda Wakefield company that I have gone to for years. From the first time I visited their place of business, I could tell that their service was outstanding. Even if I moved away from here, I would drive several hours just to come back to this particular dealer.
