Rock Around the World

The Best Rock Music in the history of the world usually comes from America, but not always.  Of course, the “British Invasion” of the middle 60s. led by the Beatles, had a lot of great groups and memorable music, as well as some flash-in-the-pans.  The Rolling Stones, The Moody Blues, the Who, the Animals, and the Zombies were a few of the best, I think.  Then, there was ABBA, from Sweden.  A lot of their music is still popular.  I’m not so sure about that German techno-pop, but some people liked it for a while.  Don’t forget Bono and U2, and Stevie Nicks.  I guess we could include Julio and Enrique Iglesias, if their music is rock.  There are a lot more great ones from around the world too.
